Veterans have given up so much to serve our country and we own our lives and freedom to these valiant men. With all that veterans have done for us shouldn’t they be taken care when they are elderly and need assistance? Yes! And there are programs out there to help, but so few people that need assistance know where to look. At Blue Sky Assisted Living we not only provide care for those who need it, but help them find the financial assistance needed.
Veterans and their surviving spouses are entitled to up to $1700 a month to go toward the cost of assisted living care. With the low fees at Blue Sky that will covered most of the cost for 24/7 care. We provide the home, meals, do all the laundry and housekeeping. As well as any assistance needed including showering, dressing, toileting, incontinent care, medication administration and so much more. Usually care like this could cost over $3000, but with VA benefits it could be as low as $300 at Blue Sky.
We want to thank our veterans for all they have done for us and our country. We owe our lives to them for their service; and what better way to care for them than by providing the care and quality of life they deserve when they can no longer care for themselves. The wives of these noble men are entitled to much of these benefits as well.
The qualifications include serving at least 90 days, 1 day of war time, and in need of assisted care. At Blue Sky Assisted Living we can help and direct you in applying for the financial help.
