Blue Sky Behavioral is a 10 bed residential home in Chandler, AZ that provides intervention to adults whose mental and behavioral health symptoms interfere with their independence. Our programs promote personal growth, team and relationship building and the accrual of lifelong skills. We provide experiences that builds confidence, responsibility, trust and problem-solving skills. We will have all middle aged male residents that are looking for a long term stable living environment.
Clients are offered mental health services based on the specific treatment needs that are determined by the client and all the individuals involved in the client's treatment team during the assessment and evaluation process. A comprehensive assessment is completed during initial intake. This information will be used to formulate the client's individual treatment plan. The treatment plan will specify treatment issues, goals, objectives, methods, and frequency of the proposed treatment. Initial individual treatment plans are formulated at admission and are modified as individual needs are identified
Clients with physical health needs or who require personal care assistance with their activities of daily living (ADLs) will receive services from staff trained as Certified Caregivers. The personal care services include but are not limited to assistance with bathing, toileting, meal preparation, transfers grooming and dressing.

Blue Sky Behavioral admissions are for adults only and residents will be assessed as to whether they will be a good fit in the home and may have one or more of the following:
Acute depressive episode
Dysfunctional patterns of behavior
Axis 1-3 Diagnosis
Not in Detox or needing skilled nursing care
Not actively suicidal or homicidal
Not a registered sex offender
Our caregivers are trained to administer medication. It is always documented, so no more worries if medication was taken.
Home cooked meals every day! We have well balanced meals and can tailor them to particular needs and preferences.
Activities are planned for each day, TV room for everyone to gather, and daily newspaper to read to keep everyone entertained.
